Protein-Packed Pancakes

For those weekend mornings when you know that you deserve a treat, there is nothing better than pancakes. Except for protein-packed pancakes that taste just as good as regular pancakes! This recipe was designed to be a great alternative to normal pancake mix, and you’ll find that you have more energy after you eat them!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of Black Label Protein Compound Powder (all of the flavors make for incredible pancakes)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix until smooth
  • Cook on flat top or pan (or use a waffle maker for protein waffles!)
  • Enjoy!

Suggested toppings:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Butter
  • A drizzle of pure maple syrup or honey
  • Add ham or a strip of bacon for a sweet and savory breakfast treat
